The issue with Windows is that it puts new data as close to the begining of the drive as possible, always, ergo size of the drive doesn't matter, it's gonna get fragmented eventually anyway. On Windows that trick won't work, cause Windows will try to put data back at the begining, fragmenting the shit out of it again.
It is a lovely program. I marked one of the advanced settings though once, and then the next day windows wouldn't boot up properly. So now I avoid those settings like the plague. Yeah, I just don't mess around with it.

And is a completely seperate function That usually no one should use, because it does jackshit, but on the other hand could be a cause for problems instead.
I use CCleaner for fast and easy temp file cleaning not so much anymore, actually Because it's too automated for me, I'd rather do that by hand. And it has a neat menu to disable startups, disable options from the context menu, scheduled tasks, etc.
It's just all in one, super fast and easy to use. I don't have to open msconfig or scheduled tasks from Windows seperately and do stuff like this. Also because it tends to show me more stuff than Windows normally does.
I don't want things to be hidden. Oh and I find to like it more to list and uninstall software, because it's just all much faster and nicer looking. I admit I don't know much about registry entries, but I've never had a problem with ccleaners cleanup.
I use it on anyone's computer when they need help. Unless you run those programs. Which it DOES increase speed for because programs cache beyond their own good. Chrome is so guilty of this. Well, maybe on Windows. Never had that issue on Linux, but Linux caches all commonly used and opened files in RAM instead of the drive, along with my HDD only used for misc docs.
