Customer support is helpful to those that are new to the program, but for people who used it for years and knows the program it's not really needed either. If your debating on customer support and auto updates well it's a waste in that regard as the free version will still let you know when a new version is available and that yours is out of date.
Customer support is not needed as the program is pretty much straight forward and easy to use, but for the everyday average user than i would say stick to the free version you will simply save money for the same bits really.

Si funciona no lo toques! No son mitos son realidades, usa tu windows y tu linux quien se pone mas lento primero. Tanto linux y windows tienen sus problemas pero si hay algo que windows todavia le falta mejorar es el registro.

A eso me refiero con que el problema es el usuario, el usuario de linux suele ser mas conocedor y precavido, el usuario de windows suele ser un recien iniciado en computadores y todo un manaza, los programas hechos para windows son mas pesados en general, y muchas veces por su interfaz grafica, y eso es lo que realmente hace que pierda el rendimiento mas rapido, y hablando del sistema de ficheros, en linux no se suele desfragmentar por eso, por la eficiencia del sistema de archivos.
En parte si por que cuando los programas acceden a estas suele ser un poco mas demorado, pero realmente la cache no tiene mucho que ver con el rendimiento, y yo me refiero al rendimiento general del sistema. Para eso esta el limpiador de disco y solamente eso, microsoft no va a hacer una para limpiar el registo por que realmente no es necesario.
